Welcome to AR Gifter ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (AR Gifter) and our WebAR player web services.

1. Information We Collect

A. User-Generated Content (AR Assets)

To provide our core augmented reality functionality, we collect and store:

• Images used as AR Markers: Photos you capture or upload to anchor AR scenes.
• Greeting Videos: Video files (.mp4) you record or select to be projected onto your markers.

B. Analytics & Performance Data

We use Firebase Analytics to track app usage, performance metrics, and improve our services. This includes:

• App interactions & events: gift_creation_started, video_compressed, gift_published, gift_revived.
• Crash logs & Diagnostics: Anonymous technical logs to track stability.

C. Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in the free tier of the application. AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers to serve tailored ads or track ad completions.

D. Device Identifier (Android)

On Android, we read the device's ANDROID_ID (a stable, app-scoped identifier provided by the operating system) and store a one-way hash of it. We use this identifier solely to restore your previously created gifts and premium entitlement if you reinstall the app. It is not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling, and it cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Store and Process Your Data

• Decentralized Media Storage: Your uploaded videos and image markers are processed on our secure backend and safely stored in Cloudinary, a persistent cloud storage provider.
• Data in Transit: All files and API communications between the mobile client, backend server, and web player are heavily encrypted via secure HTTPS protocols.
• Smart Garbage Collection (TTL): For free tier users, metadata records expire after 6 hours, triggering automatic asset destruction from the cloud storage once the asset's active reference count drops to zero.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell or lease your personal data. To deliver our services, we share specific anonymous technical tokens and assets with the following trusted third-party providers:

• Google Cloud & Firebase Analytics / AdMob: For product usage tracking, crash reporting, and ad delivery.
• Cloudinary: For secure, decentralized cloud media hosting.
• RevenueCat: For processing secure platform in-app purchases and managing Lifetime Premium subscriptions.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Since we do not require user account registration, we do not store personal profiles, names, or emails. You have full control over your content. Any user-generated gift can be manually deleted from the cloud infrastructure instantly via the "Delete" action button inside the mobile app's local history tracker.
